From March 31 through May 9, 2025, more than 200,000 thank-you notes were distributed to educators across the Commonwealth by the public, parents, students, and fellow staff. Every thank-you note a teacher receives includes a unique code that is used to enter a drawing to win $2,500 from the Virginia Lottery and $2,500 in supplies for their school from The Supply Room. The four lucky teachers who win will be surprised at their school.
